I went to the Plaza this morning and stood for an hour in the rain in hopes of getting picked for the Ambush Makeover only to find out that you switched days!! Why didn't the Today Show inform the audience about this?? I planned my entire vacation around this special event and feel disappointed that there is no longer a Makeover on Fridays. Please let us know why this happened and let the audience know before some other poor person's summer vacation plans get ruined.
